1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 889bet ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any part of 889bet — including the website at https://889bet.win, the mobile app, or any related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform including sports betting, live casino, slot games, deposit and withdrawal transactions, bonus participation and any other feature made available to registered users. 2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 889bet you must meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 889bet will never ask for your password by email, phone or any messaging application. You must:

4 Deposits

There are no conversion fees on deposits. The PKR amount you transfer is exactly what is credited to your 889bet balance. Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the time of deposit. 889bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the deposit method must belong to the registered account holder.

Deposits are typically credited within minutes for JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast. Bank transfers may take one to two business hours depending on your bank. If a deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. Where this is not possible, an alternative method may be requested.
• Any active bonus balance subject to wagering requirements is not withdrawable until those requirements have been met.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one business day. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are often completed within a few hours of approval.
• 889bet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of standard account verification.

Withdrawal amounts are paid out in PKR. 889bet does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any charges applied by the receiving bank or mobile wallet are the responsibility of the account holder.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

889bet periodically offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and form part of your account balance subject to the stated conditions.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 889bet:

• All bets are placed at your own risk. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled unless permitted by a specific feature within the game or betting interface.
• Sports betting odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. For in-play bets, the confirmed odds are those displayed at the moment the bet is accepted by the system, which may differ from the odds visible at the moment you tapped the selection.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure or clearly incorrect odds being displayed, 889bet reserves the right to void affected bets. You will be notified if this applies to any of your bets.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators and are independent of previous results. Game RTP figures are those published by the game developer and are displayed in each game's information panel.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game being played. Disputes about live game results are resolved using the video recording of that game session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 889bet and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or through other persons.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches or incorrectly posted odds for financial gain.
• Using a VPN or proxy service to access the platform from a restricted jurisdiction or to disguise your true location.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 889bet to launder money in any form.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Any form of match-fixing, insider betting or use of non-public information to place bets.

889bet actively monitors accounts for unusual activity. If prohibited conduct is identified, the account will be suspended, the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities, and any balance will be forfeited pending investigation.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum deposit amount per day, week or month. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.

10 Account Closure

You may close your 889bet account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard verification. Accounts under investigation for prohibited conduct may be suspended rather than closed until the investigation is complete.

889bet reserves the right to close any account at its own discretion, including but not limited to cases of fraud, breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 889bet platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, game content, written text, software and data — is the property of 889bet or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or use any content from the platform for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from 889bet.

Game content is provided under licence from certified game developers. Any intellectual property rights in game content remain with the respective developer. Your use of any game on 889bet does not grant you any ownership rights in that content.

12 Limitation of Liability
